Guada Asriants is a bilingual REALTOR® licensed in Pennsylvania since 2025. Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, she moved to the U.S. in 2021 and quickly immersed herself in the world of real estate through her husband’s successful career. Before officially becoming licensed, Guada was actively involved behind the scenes—supporting marketing efforts, managing social media, designing branding materials, and contributing to website development.
She has lived in both Center City Philadelphia and Bucks County, giving her a well-rounded understanding of city and suburban markets. Her background in marketing, combined with a strong passion for design and client connection, gives her a creative edge and a deep understanding of people’s needs.
Guada is fluent in both English and Spanish, and is currently learning Russian to better serve a diverse range of clients in the Greater Philadelphia area.
